Chiropractor
Dr. Richard Gorman
Dr. Gorman was raised on Oregon’s southern coast in Bandon. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1972. While attending law school in Washington, chiropractic was used to remedy a health problem. As a result of this very positive encounter, his interest grew and lead him to pursue training as a Doctor of Chiropractic. After 4 years of additional schooling, Dr. Gorman graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 1977.
Dr. Gorman has owned Garden Way Chiropractic for over 40 years. He’s heavily involved in the track and field world - treating many world class athletes. Greatest of all, is his passion for treating his family and helping them stay healthy and active in all they do.
Office Manager
Angela Gorman
Angela has been with our office for many years, and is the glue that keeps our office thriving! She is passionate about health, nutrition, sports and fitness. She makes our office the warm and inviting atmosphere that it is.
Certified Personal Trainer
McKenzie Johnston, CPT, CA
McKenzie played basketball at George Fox University where she graduated in 2014 with a B.S. in Family Consumer Sciences, with a concentration in Fashion Design. She then went on to obtain her personal training certification in 2017. She is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and a licensed Chiropractic Assistant.
McKenzie has worked at Garden Way for 10+ years; she’s added Personal Training & Exercise Rehab to our office since 2018.
McKenzie is married to her wonderful husband Zach and they have two amazing kiddos - Dash and Emery. She enjoys living a healthy active lifestyle and helping others to do the same, while maximizing their fullest potential!
Chiropractic Assistant
Rachel Viquelia
Rachel enjoys creating a positive, nurturing environment while assisting coworkers to help our patients achieve their health goals.
Outside of work, she’s a mother of two busy boys and a little girl. With her free time she enjoys sewing and tailoring clothes.
Billing/Insurance
Dee Wheeler
Dee has been at Garden Way for over 20 years. She bills and monitors all accounts and has over 30 years of experience in the field.
She and her husband Bert have 3 children and lots of grandchildren. Dee loves spending time with her family and time at the beach. She's also active in her church and enjoys baking.
